My wife and I are tentatively planning a trip to WDW for about a week
during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of Dec '03. We have miles and a Fly 3, Get
1 Free to use for American Airlines airfare. I have a partial park
hopper and will pick up additional from AAA for getting into the parks.
We would plan to stay at All Stars or maybe split between All Stars and
AKL. My questions:

Should I get the airline tickets first and then work lodging into that
shedule or visa versa?

Can one still get room only reservations by calling CRO? Some of these
deals I see in the mail and magazines for room and park entry don't
really appear to be discounted.

How much is Mears for 2 round trip from Orlando Int'l to WDW and do I
need advance reservations or just show up at the Mears stop at the
airport?

TIA,
CrazyRay

Oh, and your other Mears question --

You make a reservation, and then you have to get tickets from the Mears ticket
booth at the airport, and then go stand at their bus stop.
